Derek is responsible for delivery at Strive AV. Once a project is signed, his team takes over: scheduling engineers, ordering kit, managing the installation, commissioning the system on site and handing it over to the client's IT and facilities teams.
Operations is the part of any AV project that decides whether the brief actually became a working room. Derek owns it end-to-end.
