Toni owns and runs Strive AV. She joined the business in January 2003 as Business Development Manager, was promoted to Sales Director in 2007, took over as Managing Director in April 2009 and acquired the company in February 2016. Later that year she relocated Strive from its long-standing Orpington, Kent base to its current home at Felbridge, West Sussex.
23 years in one business across four roles gives her the longest single-company tenure on the integrator side of the UK commercial AV market. Day-to-day she sets the commercial direction, owns key customer relationships and signs off every quote of substance.
