About Matthew
Matthew leads the sales function at Strive AV. His remit is the full commercial cycle: initial enquiry, discovery, scoping, proposal, negotiation and signed order.
Day-to-day he works with specifiers, IT teams and procurement leads at UK enterprises planning meeting-room, video-conferencing and broader workplace AV projects. Once an order is signed he hands the project across to the operations team for delivery.
