OUR PROCESS
Onboarding & Review
We begin by assessing your current AV estate: installed systems, usage patterns, risk areas and future plans. Based on this, we agree a support structure (SLA, monitoring, maintenance schedule) that fits your budget and operational priorities.
Service Desk & Incident Management
Our service desk handles all incoming support requests, logs and tracks every issue through to resolution, and prioritises based on agreed SLA criteria. Remote diagnostics and resolution are used wherever possible to speed up recovery.
Preventative Maintenance & Health Checks
Regular site visits — tailored in frequency and scope to your needs — allow us to inspect systems, test performance, check housekeeping, and apply manufacturer-recommended updates or corrections. A post-visit report keeps you informed of any findings and recommended actions.
Continuous Improvement & Review
We believe support is not just about reacting to faults but evolving your system's performance. On a periodic basis, we review system usage, review service metrics, discuss upgrade or refresh opportunities, and ensure the support framework remains aligned with your evolving needs.

AV Support FAQs
Q.How much does AV support and maintenance cost?
AV support typically costs 8 to 15 per cent of the installed AV value per year, or roughly £150 to £600 per room per year. The response-time SLA, whether cover is remote or on-site, and whether proactive monitoring is included are the main drivers. A 10-room estate on a mid tier commonly runs £2,000 to £6,000 a year. See the full cost breakdown.
Q.How do we switch AV support provider?
You can switch at your contract break or renewal, and we take on estates we did not install. We audit and document the rooms, build an asset register, take over monitoring and the helpdesk, and agree a clear SLA. The one thing to protect is a clean handover of admin access, config backups and passwords from the outgoing provider. How switching works, step by step.
Q.Do you support AV systems you didn't install?
Yes. Taking over a third-party-installed estate is routine work. We survey the rooms, standardise the documentation and start proactive monitoring, then manage the estate through its lifecycle regardless of who carried out the original install.
Q.What does an AV support contract cover?
A good contract covers a 24/7 remote helpdesk, on-site attendance to an agreed SLA, parts and labour, firmware and licence management, proactive monitoring and periodic health checks. We confirm each of these line by line so there are no surprises when something fails.
Q.What SLA response times do you offer?
We scope the SLA to the business impact, from next-business-day response up to a guaranteed 4-hour on-site attendance on critical faults, with the 24/7 remote helpdesk resolving most software and configuration issues without a site visit at all.
Q.How does remote monitoring work?
Our monitoring watches the AV and network estate and flags faults before users report them, so most issues are caught and often resolved centrally. When an on-site visit is needed, the engineer arrives already knowing what has failed, which cuts downtime.
