Our Managing Director, Toni Barnett, headed over to the Radio One Mallorca studios this morning to speak to presenters Richie and Ayesha about StriveAV’s annual sales conference later this week.

Following a successful year, our sales team is heading to the Island of Mallorca to continue the tradition of shaping the company’s future and driving success. From Thursday 1^st May to Sunday 4^th May, the team will be taking part in team building tasks around Santa Ponsa including an Anneka Rice Treasure Hunt, an Apprentice Style Task, a Spice Girls Challenge as well as making a video around the resort.

At StriveAV, we understand the need to engage and motivate our workforce regularly and having hit sales targets for quarter one this year we are rewarding them with a sunny trip to Mallorca while also refocusing the team to meet our ever-changing goals.

We’ve held our annual sales conference in Mallorca for the last 10 years and have fallen in love with the island so we are excited to be heading out again this week.
