We are pleased to announce that after a robust tendering process, StriveAV has been successfully appointed to provide ‘interactive classroom and AV solutions and services’ as part of Lewisham Borough Council’s ICT Framework for Education (LIFE 2014).

StriveAV is now an approved supplier to source, supply, install and integrate audio visual equipment for schools in the Lewisham area. The framework is also open to schools across all London Boroughs and Free Schools.

The aim of the four year framework, which has a projected value of between £40m and £60m, is to allow London schools to act as ‘intelligent customers’ and enable schools to retain control and management of their own solutions, risks and budgets.

The contract is split into six lots: network server solutions and services; active and passive networks; interactive classroom and AV solutions and services; hardware devices and peripherals, ICT support services; and ICT installation, consultancy and training services.

StriveAV’s managing director, Toni Barnett, said: “This is a fantastic achievement for StriveAV   We have worked hard throughout the procurement process to ensure that we were received as clear contender for the framework, having proven our experience on similar frameworks across the country. This announcement rounds off an excellent year fantastically and we look forward to working closely with Lewisham and London schools in the New Year.”
