Role Overview:
As a Sales Support team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes, from managing customer inquiries to supporting the sales team with quotes and order processing. Your contribution will be key to enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Answer phones and emails promptly, redirecting queries to the appropriate team members when required.

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in issuing accurate and timely quotations.
  • Convert approved quotes into orders and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Proactively reach out to new and existing customers via telephone to strengthen relationships.
  • Verify all orders against purchase orders, ensuring they match the quote on the system.
  • Import product information from the CRM to Integrator Live as needed.
  • Assist sales staff with following up on quotes and booking appointments.
  • Record all activities and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Customer Feedback:

  • Call customers post-installation to conduct satisfaction surveys and log feedback.

Deal Registrations:

  • Log and track deal registrations.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and keen attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle queries professionally.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus.
  • Experience – in the AV industry is a must.
