Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Strive AV in a professional selling role, embodying our values and expertise.
  • Formulate and implement a weekly sales strategy, including a list of targets and a proposed approach.
  • Engage in proactive sales activities such as calls, emails, adhering to a daily plan.
  • Prepare and provide competitive quotations for target markets while maximising margin opportunities.
  • Record and manage all quotations in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow up on quotations within agreed timelines to secure business.
  • Review orders against quotations for accuracy and address any discrepancies with the customer.
  • Address and clarify any post-sales site survey issues directly with the customer.
  • Offer comprehensive pre- and post-sales account management, maintaining regular contact and ensuring availability during business hours for customer inquiries.
  • Accurately document all activities in the CRM system for existing and potential customers, ensuring all KPIs are consistently met.
  • Add installation orders to our internal system, organising site visits and completing thorough site surveys with supporting documentation when beneficial.
  • Organise live product demonstrations as needed, leveraging distributors and manufacturers for support.
  • Attend sales-focused exhibitions and workshops, managing a Strive AV stand to generate leads and promote our brand.
  • Actively contribute to sales meetings by sharing successful strategies, insights, and lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales within the AV or related industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
