StriveAV is hosting its annual sales conference in Mallorca from 6th – 9th May 2015.

The three-day convention, to be held in Santa Ponsa, will include a supplier exhibition, team building activities, corporate presentations / strategy sessions, a gala dinner, and some good old fashioned fun in the sun.

StriveAV is flying 70 people to the high profile event, including 30 members of its national sales force and 40 key representatives from the industry’s leading distributors, manufacturers and the AV press.

The companies in attendance will be able to showcase and demonstrate their latest products at the supplier exhibition to both StriveAV’s sales force and the AV journalists. Over £100,000 worth of equipment is being shipped over to the island to be set up by StriveAV’s warehouse operations team.

The coincidental timing with the UK general elections has prompted StriveAV to apply a democratic theme to the team building activities, in which the teams will be split into five parties and the winners will be voted for via a ballot box.

The gala dinner will take place at sea-front celebrity haunt, Mood Beach Club. StriveAV and guests will also be given an official welcome to the island by Radio One Mallorca’s breakfast show.

Toni Barnett, Managing Director of StriveAV said: “Our annual sales conference allows us to further develop strong working partnerships with our suppliers. The exhibition ensures that our experienced sales force are fully appraised of the latest technologies and product developments for the benefit of our customers. The conference is also an excellent platform for team building, bringing colleagues based across the country together and increasing motivation and morale. We also like to reward our hard working staff for their brilliant performance after what has been our best year to date.”

The manufacturers and distributors that will be in attendance include AudioLogic, BENQ, Casio, Epson, Extron, Hitachi, Iiyama, InVentry, Just Lamps, Loxit, Maverick, Midwich, NEC, OneLan, Panasonic, Promethean, Sahara, Samsung, Sony and Steljes. Members of the AV press include key figures from AV Magazine, AV News, InAVate and Installation.
